**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Operations Manager to join our team at Moody's Investors Service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end reporting process from creation to delivery, ensuring precision, completeness, and timeliness of all reports within your domain.

**Key Responsibilities**

Act as a business advisor and partner with Squad leads, Product Analysts, Data Owners, and Compliance to design optimal processes and develop requirements.
Lead cross-functional process re-engineering/remediation activities that support global, end-to-end reporting process, and evolving regulatory requirements.
Develop and update process and procedural documentation as needed to ensure accuracy.
Develop controls and establish new controls as needed and support quarterly RCSAs.
Coordinate performance of controls, especially those performed outside the process, and proactively call out weaknesses.
Resolve impediments for Risk & Process and help with prioritization.
Approve process changes, provide training, and support UAT Testing and Business Readiness Activities.
Define process measurements and report on process performance, including providing inputs to OKRs.
Support successful transition of new reports to Business as Usual, where applicable, including drafting communications, global training, procedures, etc.
Demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise on the end-to-end reporting and rating processes, global Regulatory Policies and Procedures, as well as supporting operational procedures and guidelines.
Generate governance committee recommendations and project status reports for Moody's senior management.
Continuously seek out opportunities to streamline and standardize business processes and improve operational controls and efficiencies.
Assist in activities related to performing root cause or deep dive analyses, remediation efforts, and/or operational improvements.
Drive discussions with the analytical community and other Moody's teams (e.g., ROC, Risk Compliance, Government and Public Affairs, Legal, Central IT, etc.) to effectively remediate issues or inquiries.

**Requirements**

We require a minimum of 5+ years of operations, business process, and/or business analysis experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing global, cross-functional projects and teams is required.
You should have the ability to interact comfortably with different levels of management and articulate/present issues clearly and succinctly.
An advanced English level is necessary.
Regulatory reporting experience is also required.
A strong leadership skillset and an ability to set direction, ensuring working groups meet project results are essential.
A self-starter and teammate who can meet tight due dates and handle multiple, competing tasks is required.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to reach across organization to successfully resolve requests/inquiries are necessary.
Highly organized and efficient with an attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to supervise, facilitate, handle, and resolve interpersonal or inter-team disagreements is also necessary.
Excellent PowerPoint skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook are required.
Data/Data feed experience is preferred.
LLean/Six Sigma Thinking is also desirable.
Knowledge of Moody's rating systems, analysis tools, and operational processes is a plus.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
