This position will work in close collaboration with our Compliance Analyst based in Costa Rica and report to the Assistant General Counsel - Compliance, based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance processes and controls within areas of responsibility.
- Oversee sanctions screening programs and address results as appropriate.
- Manage third-party relationships, including due diligence on customers and suppliers.
- Review gift and entertainment requests in line with company policies.
- Support internal investigations and conduct research on compliance-related topics.
- Develop and deliver compliance training and communications.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with a relevant field of study.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
