Citi's Ops Sup Analyst 1 role is designed to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with our operations support infrastructure and processes. As a member of our Operations - Core Team, you will be responsible for maintaining records and documentation, storing and retrieving records, account maintenance, imaging, and opening accounts.
You will serve as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients, providing regular status updates and creating presentations for steering committee updates.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and escalate as needed.
- Communicate daily with management on productivity, quality, and availability.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
