The complexity arisen from current business environment (nearshoring, supply chain disruption, Fintech increasing competition, internal reorganization, etc.)
requires people that can predict trends, analyze portfolios, and adopt new techniques on a controlled environment in compliant with existing and new legal, taxes and internal policies.
Such product specialists will also act as an advisor/consultant of CT matters, a regular trainer of Banking and Sales teams and liaison with Latam and Global CT Heads, therefore communication and management skills are essential for the position.
In addition, this role is key to merge Cluster Initiatives and priorities with Global ones.
- Exceed CCA Core Trade Plan in all P&L lines (revenues, expenses, assets, contingent exposures)
- Monitor soundness of contingent and direct exposure portfolios (returns, aging, past due obligations, etc.)
- Participate actively in any global/regional technology transformation project.
- Assist on internal and external audits.
- Determine benchmarks against our competitors (product offerings, pricing, etc.)
and take actions presenting alternatives/solutions to be at pair or ahead of them.
- Rollout of new solutions across CCA clusters (SIRR, NAC, etc.)
- Responsible for the product controls and process monitoring.
Ensure business remains in compliant with global, regional, local regulations and policies (i.e., law and tax reforms, OCC Consent Order workstreams, MCAs, new WCR policies and guidelines, etc.)
- Lead highly structured transactions such as syndicated SBLC, Transit LC, UPAS LC.
- Complete the digitization of remaining Core Trade workflows and lead new initiatives.
- Regular checkpoints with Trade Ops (local or CSC), TTS Ops, RSUs and other supporting units to ensure a smooth E2E processing across all CCA countries.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Assist Sales teams with Client calls, Regional Deal Review (RDR) and Transaction Approval Checklist (TAC) approvals.
- Assist regional team to develop marketing material for CT solutions.
- Provide regular trainings to Clients, Bankers, TTS Sales and Ops.
- Coordinate and discuss IT budget with Latam CT pillar head.
- Able to travel to CCA countries when necessary for peer reviews and/or client meetings.
- Coordinate Digital CT efforts/initiatives with CCA TTS Digital team (ie Docusign adoption and metrics)
**Knowledge/Experience**:
- Successful track record managing large and multi-country business with P&L experience.
- 5y+ experience in Product Management, Sales or Ops organization (preferably in Trade business)
- Digital banking experience
- Deep knowledge in Credit Risk, Taxes and Accounting matters
- Experience on selling down portfolios/transactions under existing programs.
- Knowledge on CCA Country legal and tax frameworks it's preferrable.

- Strong skills in controls and procedures (MCA, iCAP, IBAM, workflow redesign, etc.)
- Analytical skills to manage credit risk portfolios and detect anomalies.
- Technology skills to develop and/or review BRDs/FRDs to improve Trims and local processors.
- Presentation skills both written and oral
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related degree.
- Understanding of US GAAP and Tax laws.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish.
- Advanced level on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
