Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Support Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Costa Rica. This individual will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide guidance and information for product inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience providing technical product support is necessary.
  • English C1 language proficiency.
  • Display support experience and knowledge of color management essentials is a plus.

Salary:

$5,500 - $6,600 per month.
