We are seeking a Healthcare Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance and product support to our customers. Our ideal candidate is passionate about customer advocacy and possesses strong communication skills.

The role involves working directly with customers to troubleshoot technical issues, documenting interactions within the CRM system, and representing customer needs internally. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess fluency in French and English (85% minimum level) and have good typing speed.
