About the Role
As a Payroll Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate payroll support to employees and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the HR team to resolve payroll-related issues and develop training programs to enhance employee knowledge and self-service capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll transactions and respond to employee inquiries
- Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues with attention to detail and accuracy
- Develop and maintain training programs to enhance employee knowledge and self-service capabilities
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Stock, Payroll, and Operations teams to provide a world-class employee experience
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- MS Office experience
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll and employee issues
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, patience, humor, and helpfulness at all times
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills, accuracy essential
- 6+ months of HR experience
- HR software experience (PeopleSoft)
