Incident Response Coordinator

Kyndryl is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services, and we are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join our team.
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing Severity 1 Major Incidents that impact our clients on production or financial environments.
This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure to resolve complex issues.
The Service Coordinator will work closely with various teams, including DPE, PE product development, management, and senior management, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage Severity 1 Major Incidents
- Coordinate action plans, ETAs, and follow-ups to accelerate recovery processes and mitigate business impacts
- Document all actions and progress made
- Ensure proper communication with stakeholders
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise:**
We are looking for individuals with strong technical and professional expertise, including:
- ITIL Certification
- Agile Experience
- Service Management Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong negotiation skills
