**Job Responsibilities**:
The Ops Sup Analyst 1 will be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes
- Serving as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients
- Resolving employee inquiries and supervising escalated issues, providing efficient and effective customer service
- Communicating daily with management on productivity, quality & availability
- Facilitating training based on needs of staff within the department and assisting with answering staff questions, as needed
- Supporting expansive and diverse array of services
- Assisting with ongoing Lean and process improvement projects
- Resolving complex problems based on best practice/precedence, escalating as needed
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Previous relevant customer experience
- English proficiency is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- General knowledge of client reporting across the industry and our competitors
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
