**Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Intermediate Analyst to join our team at Equifax. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing delinquent customer issues and developing solutions to resolve these issues in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
  • Follow-up on customer past due balances appropriately
  • Ensure all analysis, reconciliations, and reporting is prepared accurately by deadlines
  • Contact customers as required
  • Prepare and analyze aging reports
  • Work on month-end closing activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
  • English B2+

Desirable Skills

  • Accuracy and analytical skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Oracle experience preferred
  • Able to meet deadlines
