Job Summary:

This role will lead the Digital Corporate Affairs Client Partner and Colleague Services team, providing high-quality support to Pfizer colleagues via a multi-channel service strategy. The team will deliver consistent operating environments across digital services and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conferencing & Event Support:
    • Facilitate virtual events using designated collaboration tools.
    • Serve as hands-on support for on-site video conferencing devices and provide virtual event support.
    • Provide in-conference room A/V support, assisting clients with connecting devices to peripherals.
  • Service Management Support:
    • Develop performance information reports (Infrastructure Dashboards) aligned with IT service delivery.
    • Maintain equipment inventory and ensure auditable records of managed assets.
    • Manage documentation, including KBAs, contact lists, checklists, SOPs, etc.
    • Support the Customer Experience team.
    • Create operational reports and analyze data and KPIs.
    • Manage operational projects.
    • Develop technical and business presentations for peers, management, and customers.
    • Analyze requirements, document, and test.
    • Escalate service issues to resolution and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience building reports (e.g., Tableau).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Proficiency in web conferencing solutions (Webex, MS Teams).
  • Understanding of video conferencing equipment.
  • Experience with Ariba, SAP, and Taulia.
  • Basic understanding of digital terms and IT platforms.
  • Knowledge/understanding of finance principles and concepts.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, relationship-building, negotiation, planning, organization, and customer focus skills.
  • Action-oriented.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Persistent and determined.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a business information technology professional.
  • Language: Spanish and English; Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, able to work well in a geographically dispersed, virtual team environment, and exhibit a positive and professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to indirectly influence key partners and stakeholders.
  • Capable of working through a personal laptop or mobile device for extended periods.

Compensation:

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

This role may require occasional movement of computer equipment, video conferencing equipment, and printers.

The ideal candidate will be able to work onsite five days per week and participate in a 7x24x365 environment.
