We are seeking a Healthcare Documentation Analyst to join our team at 3M. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and managing physician documents required by third-party payers.
**Key Accountabilities:**
- Collect and analyze physician documents as required by third-party payers.
- Interact with customers, sales teams, patients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate document collection.
- Meet production expectations, including total accounts worked, aged document percentages, and average daily documents collected.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- At least 1 year of call center experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced English language proficiency (C1 level).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business dealings.
