**Job Summary:**

This position is responsible for supporting the intake and processing of documents, ensuring timely and accurate evaluation and determination of new orders or document attachments to existing orders.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and process documents according to established policies and procedures.
  • Track, monitor, and follow up on attached documents, updating customer records and relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless document flow and accurate order creation.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain effective workflows to optimize document processing efficiency.
