Job Description

The Treasury Manager position plays a crucial role in Cash Management, Cash Forecasting, and Bank Account Management for the Americas region. Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and implementing projects related to new services, bank account changes, system or process changes in cash management for the Americas region.

- Managing FX exposure forecasting for the Americas region and executing FX spot deals when necessary.

- Monitoring banking fees, correcting or negotiating as needed, and identifying potential cost savings.

- Negotiating pricing and implementation fees for new services and preparing cost/benefit analysis.

- Identifying areas of concern, providing suggestions, and coordinating potential improvements in overall process operations and participating in global projects.

- Working closely with various stakeholders globally (Accounting, AP & Credit) to ensure timely delivery of services with quality.

- Ensuring all tasks performed adhere to Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) Control and Internal Audit guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing various reports, cash sheets, and forecasts.
  • Inputting and releasing wires, payment batches, and tax payments.
  • Executing FX spot deals.
  • Identifying, investigating, and correcting differences.
  • Ensuring all tasks are SOX and Internal Audit Compliant.
  • Providing support and service requests from the business globally in a timely manner.
  • Involving in implementing systems and procedures changes.
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and migrations.
Requirements

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Key skills and qualifications include:

- Prior work experience in a shared service and accounting environment, preferably responsible for treasury.

- Ability to manage/coach a team working on complex tasks and resolving problems.

- Ability to exercise considerable judgment and enforce Professional Concepts, company policies, and procedures.

- Proficiency in MS Office, with MS Excel being a must.

- Familiarity with SAP.

- Experience in treasury management systems such as Kyriba is a plus.

- Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines.

- Good written and communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

- Comfortable working with diverse cultures.

- Able to excel in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer-service and task-oriented, committed to responding efficiently to customers' needs and delivering quality work at all times.
