As an Organizational Performance Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating organizational change projects, designing strategies to enhance effectiveness, and crafting actionable deliverables aligned with our Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) methodology.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating change management as a service for medium-scale change projects
  • Crafting and enacting adaptable change management strategies
  • Creating communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching guides, training modules, and resistance management strategies
  • Applying structured change management methodologies with a DSO lens

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A university degree in HR Management, Psychology, Marketing, Business Management, or Communication
  • 2 years' work experience in change management using change management methodologies
  • Fluent English skills, both spoken and written (C1)
  • Experience in presenting to senior management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement competency
