**Key Responsibilities**

As a Financial Performance Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing financial plans and forecasts for engineering/product development-related cost components
  • Executing month-end close responsibilities
  • Maintaining a strong control environment
  • Cross-BU cost recharges
  • Tracking legacy IT infrastructure cost savings
  • Creating meaningful reporting packages

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline, advanced English skills, and at least 4 years of experience in a Finance Analyst FP&A position. Strong Excel skills, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude are also required.
