About the RoleThe Internal Communications Strategist is responsible for delivering corporate messaging to employees from intake to launch and measuring the efficacy of communications afterward. This role requires a skilled communicator who can ensure the message has the right tone, goes out through the right channel, and reaches the right audience at the right time for maximum results.
This position demands a strong project manager, an organized self-starter, and a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion. If you're an excellent communicator, a creative problem solver, and a dedicated professional, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a comprehensive communications plan that aligns with Experian's brand voice and guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and disseminate engaging digital content, including flyers and videos.
- Work closely with the Communications and Engagement team to review, edit, and proofread content.
- Prioritize tasks based on business impact and meet deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
- Master's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in internal communications, marketing, or public relations, with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences and formats.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their applications in internal communications.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
