About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Lead to hire, coach, and lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives serving primarily US-based customers.
You will oversee a team responsible for closing deals in new and existing accounts and driving them toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue and bookings goals.
Your Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of up to 8 Inside Sales RepresentativesPartner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, staff, and train qualified sales professionalsFormulate and execute monthly sales plans while pacing towards quarterly goalsCoach and provide feedback to direct reports using sales enablement toolsPlay an active role in closing both simple and complex sales cyclesManage productivity, funnel of opportunities, and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standardsFacilitate cross-functional partnerships to manage full sales cycle and close businessAbout You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years successful sales experience, preferably selling in the technology field or SaaS
- 3+ years of successful sales management experience
- Proven success in building, growing, and managing top-performing sales teams
- Exceptional customer relationship and deal management skills
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to negotiate
