We are seeking a dedicated and analytical problem solver to join our customer services team at Stryker. As a Technical Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting sales reps and building relationships with customers to make a difference in healthcare.
About the Role
As a key member of our dynamic and supportive team, you will be responsible for working with new users to register and set up accounts on our platform, assisting in software installation and troubleshooting issues, managing the workflow process of patient specific items to our manufacturing teams, and supporting project improvement tasks specific to improve current state functions with internal departments and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Ability to keep track of multiple work processes while responding to support requests.
- Close attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Excel functions and macros.
- Experience with Customer Support (Technical support preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a customer support role is highly desirable, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Excel functions and macros. Additionally, certifications may be beneficial depending on local requirements.
