Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Lead to oversee the effective execution of preventive maintenance, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.

Key Accountabilities
  • Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
  • Spare Parts Management: Source and manage non-stock spare parts to support maintenance activities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of maintenance planning experience.
  • Hands-on experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
