This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to join our operations team and drive results through effective maintenance management.

• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
• Spare Parts Management: Source and manage non-stock spare parts to support maintenance activities.
• Root Cause Analysis: Identify and resolve equipment failures through root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of maintenance planning experience.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
