We're looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Advisory to join our team at Microsoft. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the development of Support Engineers' technical capabilities.
About the RoleAs a Technical Support Advisory, you'll work closely with Support Engineers to ensure they have the necessary technical knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical coaching and mentoring to Support Engineers
- Develop and maintain case management standards and procedures
- Ensure ramp-up and readiness of Support Engineering staff

- Strong technical knowledge and expertise
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze skill-gaps and develop readiness plans
