Training and Development: As an Operations Trainer at the Straumann Group, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our customer-facing teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cover various aspects of customer service, provider services, and technical support.
  • Collaborating with NAM-based trainers to develop and execute training programs that meet the unique needs of each operation team.
  • Fostering a culture of excellence by continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining subject matter expertise in relevant technologies, such as SAP, CRM, and Zendesk, to ensure that training programs stay up-to-date and effective.
  • Working closely with Subject Matter Experts across the organization to guarantee that training content remains accurate and informative.
  • Contributing to the development of a robust training ecosystem that enables our teams to excel in their roles and provide unparalleled customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service training, learning & development, or organizational development.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English.
