Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Coordinator to join our team. As an Accounting Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and maintaining the security of all files and cash equivalents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying and reconciling financial transactions and reports.
  • Maintaining and updating employee payroll records and files.
  • Processing and issuing employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or payroll.
  • Strong understanding of financial software and systems.
