Job Overview
As an Accounts Payable Finance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities
- Manage AP inbox and ensure prompt action on all incoming documents
- Scan and rename POs from the warehouse to the shared drive
- Match Purchase Orders, Proof of Deliveries, and invoices to prevent discrepancies
- Enter all invoices into Deacom accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to resolve any invoice or PO discrepancies
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in accounts payable, finance, or operations
- General knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP accounting systems
- Strong motivation for process improvement and strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Strong organizational and time management skills
