Job Overview
This role involves working with various groups and sites to provide support for Research and Development, New Product Introduction, and engineering changes efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Review data using Spotfire and JMP.
- Manage quality performance metrics and customer scorecards.
- Evaluate and deploy customer-specific requirements.
- Manage customer returns and other quality-related investigations.
- Coordinate activities with Corporate/Field Customer Quality Engineering and Product Quality Engineering teams.
- Prepare assembly product qualification reports.
- Provide timely progress updates for customer-related corrective action requests.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to solve customer issues.
- Identify systematic issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Perform other tasks to improve product quality, reliability, productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- 6-8 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
- Experience using data mining software such as JMP and SPOTFIRE.
- Exposure to Six Sigma and Lean Principles.
- Problem-solving, 8D, and FMEA experience.
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Advanced level of the English language (listening, reading, and speaking).
