As a Customer Experience Engineer at Microsoft Corporation, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that empower individuals and organizations to achieve their goals.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced engineer who is passionate about providing top-notch support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product groups, services teams, and account teams, to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: You will provide expert-level technical support to customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to investigate product bugs.
  • Case Resolution: You will participate in case triage meetings and contribute to rapid customer solutions, utilizing learnings from triage meetings to identify readiness needs for your team or manager.
  • Product/Process Improvement: You will provide feedback on product functionality based on customer engagements and collaborate with senior engineers and serviceability teams to drive improvement.
  • Readiness:** You will implement end-to-end readiness programs, contributing to content strategy and mentoring Technical Support Engineers from other teams.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in English language: reading, writing, and speaking.
  • 5+ years of technical support, consulting experience, or information technology experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field AND 3+ years of technical support, consulting experience, or information technology experience.
  • Experience and knowledge in Power Platform technologies such as Power Automate, PowerApps, or Power Virtual Agents.
