**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**

  • Closely working with change requesters and assignees to align with the Change Management process
  • Supporting the review and approval of change requests
  • Leading daily Enterprise Change Advisory Board meetings

**Requirements for Success**

  • At least 1 year of IT experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in ITIL or ITSM
  • At least 1 year of ServiceNow experience
  • English proficiency B2 or above
