About the Role: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Reservations and Guest Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating reservations, guest services, and other related tasks to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate reservations, changes, and cancellations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage guest services, including but not limited to room assignments, special requests, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of guest services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support operational efficiency and quality standards.
- Develop and implement processes to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in reservations, guest services, or related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
