About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Technical Services Manager to join our team and lead the strategic direction of our technical operations. You will be responsible for driving business outcomes, developing and implementing operational processes, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business outcomes and maximize operational excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness and ensure business goals are met.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team by coaching, mentoring, and inspiring first-line managers to live Tek Experts' values and achieve high employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in technical support, software support, IT operations, or infrastructure services, with at least 3 years of managing teams.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, projects, economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technology-based environments and solutions required.
  • Certification in MS Azure, MCSE, CCNP, Linux, and/or core team technologies preferred.
