Job Summary:

The Strategic Account Services organization focuses on driving business growth for top-selling partners on the Amazon platform, ensuring selling partner satisfaction by delivering a high level of service through strategic insights and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and accurate operational support to all selling partners
  • Build strong relationships with your selling partners and drive results in a cross-functional environment
  • Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of sellers in an ever-changing business environment
  • Contribute to business strategy development and identify metrics that drive growth and improve the end customer experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, sales operations, marketing, buying, or customer service or publicity agencies
  • E-commerce experience preferred
  • Program management and Scrum experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and demonstrated ability in learning tools and processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
