Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive - L&P with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Office and domain experience in Annuities Policy owner service Annuities New Business and Life and Annuities Insurance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage day-to-day operations and contribute to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations related to Annuities Policy owner service to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction.
- Provide support for Annuities New Business by managing documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Utilize MS Office tools to create update and maintain records and reports accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in Life and Annuities Insurance operations.
- Ensure all policy owner service requests are handled promptly and accurately to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct regular audits of policy documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site as required.
Requirements
- Possess strong proficiency in MS Office tools including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have extensive experience in Annuities Policy owner service demonstrating the ability to manage complex cases.
- Show expertise in Annuities New Business processes ensuring accurate and timely handling of new policies.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance with the ability to navigate industry-specific challenges.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills both written and verbal to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement contributing to overall team success.
