Job Description
We are looking for a talented Technical Support Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical developments to provide accurate and effective support.
Requirements:
- Excellent English language skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Bonus points for experience in software companies or healthcare industries.
