Sysco Costa Rica is seeking a visionary Sr. Workforce Strategy Analyst to join the Technology Talent Programs team.

In this role, you will collaborate with leaders across the organization and human resources partners to identify the talent, skills, and competencies needed to support our Recipe for Growth strategy.

Your analytical insights and recommendations will contribute to building our workforce strategy plan, outlining how we leverage existing talent programs, build internally, and acquire external talent.

To ensure effectiveness and avoid stagnation, you will regularly evaluate and assess our workforce needs against our strategy, providing recommendations as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate working sessions with Technology leaders to assess future workforce needs, uncover skill and competency gaps, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and interpret data collected, presenting findings and recommendations using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
  • Develop a data-driven strategic plan and roadmap outlining how we will support future workforce demands.
  • Create evaluation criteria and assessment tools to measure success and track progress, enabling enhancements to our programs and strategy as needed.
  • Support the execution of our workforce strategy, roadmap, and Tech Talent Program initiatives as required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and 5 years related experience.

Preferred qualifications include experience with strategic workforce planning, strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, and ability to effectively communicate ideas and findings.

The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, think critically, and possess strong research and analysis skills, with experience evaluating workforce data and analyzing trends.

This role involves working in a standard office environment following standard operating hours, with occasional overtime to support critical projects/initiatives.

No travel is required, and the individual must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods, attend and conduct conference calls across different time zones, and work independently while collaborating within the team and throughout the Technology organization.

Bilingualism in English (B2+) is expected.
