**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of regional payroll entries and transactions, adhering to established processing schedules and calendars
- Collaborate with the Global Payroll Manager on payroll reporting, data analysis, and audit projects
- Monitor reconciliation of garnishments, tax levies, general deductions, and payroll-related employment inquiries with HR team members
- Follow instruction from the Global Payroll Manager to fulfill requirements for subsequent salary adjustments outside standard cycles (e.g., advances, off-cycle payroll runs, terminations)
- Maintain accurate payroll dashboards reflecting progress through respective payroll cycles and capture/resolution of any issues
- Adhere to compliance audit controls and requirements
- Verify new hire and employee change paperwork is properly completed and signed to ensure global payroll compliance
- Conduct audits to ensure timely billing and credits processing, minimizing risks to the company
- Maintain knowledge of payroll system enhancements, wage and benefits laws calculation within payroll systems
- Coordinate transferring new employees onto the global payroll platform
**About You:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong organization and time management skills
- 3 years of global payroll processing experience required
- Vendor management skills preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy with record keeping and reconciliation
- Strong analytical, data management, and PC skills including working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Must be able to work independently
- Demonstrated experience working with global cross-functional teams
- Proven problem resolution skills
