- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of HR/Compensation experience, with background in job evaluation, market data benchmarking, and offer recommendations.
- 3+ years of progressive growth and responsibility in the Compensation field.
- Strong knowledge of compensation market practices and regulatory requirements.
