In this role, you will be part of the Customer Service & Support team, which builds trust and confidence for every person and organization through delivering a seamless support experience. You will own, troubleshoot, and solve complex customer technical issues, collaborating with teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.

You will work closely with customers and partners to resolve their business-critical challenges and advance global, cross-cloud solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Investigate and solve complex customer technical issues as an advisor to the customer.
- Collaborate within and across teams to leverage troubleshooting tools and practices.
- Lead in building communities with peer delivery roles and share knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching, and mentoring of others.
- Deepen your technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve complex customer issues through training and readiness.
- Engage with Microsoft Engineering/Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects and help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools driving Microsoft product improvements.
Qualifications
You will need:
- 5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture - Fundamentals of Fabric, Compute, Storage etc.
- Conceptual knowledge of Azure IaaS deployments and administration.
- Familiarity with OS Internals concepts, built-in diagnostics, Active Directory, and Security (Windows and/or Linux).
- Fluency to read, write, and speak English.
Salary Range
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
