In this role, you will be part of the Customer Service & Support team, which builds trust and confidence for every person and organization through delivering a seamless support experience. You will own, troubleshoot, and solve complex customer technical issues, collaborating with teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.

Your Responsibilities

  • Investigate and solve complex customer technical issues as an advisor to the customer.
  • Collaborate within and across teams to leverage troubleshooting tools and practices.
  • Lead in building communities with peer delivery roles and share knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching, and mentoring of others.
  • Deepen your technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve complex customer issues through training and readiness.
  • Engage with Microsoft Engineering/Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects and help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools driving Microsoft product improvements.

Qualifications

You will need:

  • 5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture - Fundamentals of Fabric, Compute, Storage etc.
  • Conceptual knowledge of Azure IaaS deployments and administration.
  • Familiarity with OS Internals concepts, built-in diagnostics, Active Directory, and Security (Windows and/or Linux).
  • Fluency to read, write, and speak English.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
