**Overview:**

Tek Experts is a leading provider of IT solutions, offering a range of services that cater to the needs of our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Sales Support & Customer Care (SSCC) team as a Technical Support Professional.

The SSCC team is responsible for supporting Micro Focus sales operations, entitlements, post-sales, and Customer Success. As a member of this team, your primary responsibility will be to serve as a single point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance on resolving cases in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a single point of contact for customers, gathering information needed to resolve cases and delivering guidance on resolutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer case lifecycle, ensuring incidents are resolved accurately and timely.
  • Interact and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve cases, including Support Renewals, Marketing, Support Delivery, and Product Management.

Qualifications:

  • Customer-obsessed, taking the initiative, and exceeding expectations.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English (bilingualism preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and accountable for meeting obligations.
  • Good at maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Experience in multicultural environments.
