As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing consumer correspondence, recognizing valid proof documents, and assisting consumers in an efficient and timely manner. You will also be required to comply with outlined procedures, guidelines, laws, and regulatory policies.

We prioritize the safety of our employees and are currently handling the hiring process, training, and employment remotely. This position may transition back to our office once it is deemed safe to return from the COVID-19 pandemic.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 year of back-office experience, excellent English communication skills, and a high school diploma. You should also be organized, detail-oriented, and able to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to evolving scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze consumer correspondence and recognize valid proof documents
  • Assist consumers in an efficient and timely manner
  • Comply with outlined procedures, guidelines, laws, and regulatory policies

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of back-office experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • High school diploma
