We have an immediate opening for a Business Analyst I in our Hybrid Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality, timely and efficient reviews of ELA software deployment report analyses.
  2. Analyze ELA terms and conditions to ensure customer compliance.
  3. Provide ELA reporting data analytics, analysis, and measure success.
  4. Track and report key performance indicators, utilization, and other dashboard metrics.
  5. Maintain expertise in understanding product licensing terms and conditions.
  6. Work with internal teams to ensure updates to customer records occur in internal systems.
  7. Resolve queries with global customers, account managers, senior sales executives, and internal teams.
  8. Identify gaps and initiate projects to improve quality and review processes.
  9. Identify work streams that can be automated and standardized to maximize efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or Accounting preferred.
  • Other majors may be acceptable with requisite experience.
  • Experience working in License Compliance, Auditing, Accounting, or Financial Data Analysis required.
  • Proven ability to review others' work, create detailed review comments, and deliver associated training to improve quality.
  • Experience performing basic commercial contract analysis preferred.
  • Strong auditing, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Experience working successfully within the software/technology sector and in a global matrix-managed environment.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Continuous improvement attitude and proven competency, including a proactive approach to identifying problems and providing and implementing solutions.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex licensing concepts and collaborate professionally with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written English, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency using MS Office, especially MS Excel, is required.
  • Oracle skills considered a plus.
