**Role Overview**:
As an Administrative Operations Specialist for the Finance Team at Intel, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Managing multiple calendars using sound judgment and business knowledge to recognize conflicts and address them promptly while prioritizing critical meetings.
• Onboarding new team members, announcing their arrival, and ensuring they have all necessary tools and resources from day one.
• Attending and contributing to weekly leadership meetings, keeping the team informed of upcoming deadlines, key dates, and events.
• Submitting requests in the HR system related to employee movement and organizational database updates.
• Collaborating with the Intel admin community to plan and schedule critical meetings based on deliverables, attendee availability, and varying time zones.
• Booking global travel according to Intel's Travel Policy and preparing required documents for passports and visas.
• Qualifying, preparing, and submitting corporate expenses for reimbursement.
• Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-obsessed attitude.
• Practicing problem-solving, decision-making, initiative, and independent follow-up to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment with professionalism.
• Anticipating business needs of the teams and proactively demonstrating solutions and/or recommendations to address prior to escalation.
**Requirements**:
• High School diploma and 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting multiple staff members.
• Advanced English level and a permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
• Experience with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as tools such as Workday, Requisition Approval Tool, Concur, and SharePoint.
