Key Responsibilities:- Produce Service reports for each customer, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement;
- Conduct gap analysis to identify breaches of SLA targets, investigate root causes, and recommend actions to prevent recurrence;
- Plan and schedule Service Performance Review meetings, document results, and action items;
- Develop and maintain automated environments for creating standard performance reports, ensuring accuracy and quality;
- Design and deliver custom ad-hoc reports to various parts of the enterprise, using data extract, manipulation, and analysis techniques;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English;
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Splunk for dashboard creation and maintenance;
- Experience working with customers and third parties, preferably in banking or insurance industries;
- BA in Computer Science or related field, and ITIL certification (desired);
- 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry, with a background in ITIL service level management framework;
- Strong planning and communication skills, with ability to consult with senior level managers and stakeholders;
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility and adaptability, with willingness to learn and take on new challenges;
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with occasional in-person attendance at work-related events.
