Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join our team at Viant Medical. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our HR information systems, including system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain Dayforce HRIS, including system administration, configuration, assessing, and resolving HRIS problems.
  • Assist in reviewing, testing, and implementing HRIS system upgrades and patches.
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries, analyzing data, and creating and running various audits.
  • Develop and support a variety of reports for HR and other departments.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users as needed.
  • Identify and document technically-based process improvements that leverage technology and reduce manual efforts.
  • Oversee Ceridian Dayforce HCM support portal and tickets.
  • Perform monthly Dayforce and HR network folder security audits.
  • Serve as a primary support point of contact for users of HRIS technology.
  • Assist with training new system users and participating in the development of communication and training materials.
  • Design, implement, deliver, and support the organization's HR systems and related procedures and documentation.
  • Build and deliver integrations between HRIS and other systems (both internal and external).
  • Support others using systems, designing and delivering training, report configuration, and process documentation.
  • Support security configuration and management to ensure appropriate control of access to data and system.
  • Support and develop reporting metrics and measurement activities across a wide range of HR activities.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requirements timely, ensuring reporting deadlines are met.
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
  • Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests.
  • Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and run queries.
  • Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.
  • Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR systems, preferably with Ceridian Dayforce experience.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and provide technical support and training.
  • Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as an HRIS Analyst.
