Your Role
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative who can provide a positive and supportive experience for every customer you interact with. You will work with both inbound and outbound customer contacts in a fun and team-oriented environment, focusing on first contact resolution in all customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, addressing questions and concerns about treatment plans.
- Contact customers to remind them of treatment progress and upcoming aligner shipments.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
Requirements
- English proficiency (C1 level) is required for effective communication.
- Proficient computer navigation skills are necessary for managing customer relationships and performing tasks.
- Able to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- An excellent team player with strong time management and stress management skills.
