About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Research Associate to join our Americas DRS team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Research Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our consulting teams with high-quality research and analysis.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Research and Analysis: You will conduct research on commercial, multi-industry, and economic topics, synthesizing and packaging findings into timely and accurate reports.
  • Support Consulting Teams: You will work closely with senior team members to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver high-quality research and analysis.
  • Develop Research Products: You will contribute to the development of research products, including news alerts, company profiles, and other materials.

Requirements
  • Education: You must have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, Public Relations, Human Resources, or Economics.
  • Experience: You must have 0-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Language Skills: You must have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
  • Technical Skills: You must be proficient in a range of technical tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
