Responsibilities:



  • Assist in research and preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the COO
  • Act as a point of contact among managers, teams, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and other documents related to executives' work
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective office operations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the COO

Requirements:



  • 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar roles
  • Up-to-date English skills (C1/C2 level)
  • Prior experience with remote work
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks
  • Experience with Google Workspace and related software
  • Ability to optimize time and workload
  • Confidence in handling day-to-day routine activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (a plus)
