**About the role:**

We are seeking a skilled Communication Specialist to support our internal communication strategy. As a key member of our communication team, you will coordinate the communication operative team, implement quality control techniques, and provide creative advice in communication processes.

**Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate the communication operative team
• Implement quality control techniques
• Provide creative advice in communication processes
• Lead internal projects
• Coordinate activities related to the Communication Commission
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives in the communication department

**Collaboration:**

As part of the communication department, you will collaborate with different stakeholders from various departments within our Costa Rica manufacturing plant.
