Main Responsibilities

- Input vendor invoices into the Oracle accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with published delegation of authority documents.">
- Respond promptly to employee and internal customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.">
- Reconcile vendor statements to invoices vouched in the system, requesting copies of any missing invoices as needed.">
- Review invoice hold reports, non-invoiced receipts reports, and unapproved invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies.">
- Collaborate proactively with vendors and peers to reduce cycle time and costs, driving process excellence and operational efficiency.">
- Interact with auditors, accountants, and management as required, providing information about departmental activities and specific issues.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- An undergraduate or technician degree in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, or Audit.">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2) and/or Portuguese.">
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.">
- Oracle or similar enterprise system experience is highly desirable.">
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.">
