The role of a Payroll Analyst 2 at Citi is to provide analytical support for HR and Payroll operations. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing internal procedures, developing business analysis and documentation of system change specifications, resolving discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, and interpreting data to make recommendations.

Candidates for this role should have a strong understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing objectives. Relevant experience in payroll operations, data analysis, and problem-solving is essential. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is also required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Portuguese is desirable.
