Sales Strategy Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and inspirational leader to own Sellers adoption of our new products/strategic initiatives, driving growth for our US and EU/JP business.
About the RoleThis role will be responsible for building strategies for product/program adoption, interfacing with US Sellers and business leaders, and working closely with product teams to drive product development ideas that matter to our Sellers.
Main Responsibilities- Own business goals on Seller adoption/retention of programs and build growth strategy for the function.
- Model and forecast business metrics for strategic decision-making to increase functional program adoptions among Sellers.
- Work with multiple senior product stakeholders to develop strategies to identify and prioritize Sellers for 1:1 AM channels.
- Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of Selling Partners in an ever-changing environment.
- Analyze Seller behavior and performance trends, diagnose root causes, and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
- Use data to provide insights to business leaders and effectively represent the function in various forums.
- Takes data-driven decisions to prioritize strategic initiatives, focus areas, etc.
